Returns & Refunds
1. Overview
Mandy McKernan Photography takes great care in the creation and packaging of all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your options for returns or refunds.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or
- The incorrect item was supplied.
Due to the nature of photographic products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist us, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the original packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A refund to the original payment method.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund where appropriate.
5. Return Process
Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
- Please contact us first to receive return instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Shipping costs for approved returns may be covered by Mandy McKernan Photography if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
- In all other approved cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
